Easter is almost here and we took the kids to the Germantown Egg Hunt this weekend. We met at the Peregoy's house (who live across the street from the park where it was held) and attempted photos with all the kids before we walked over to the park.

We visited the petting zoo before the little kid egg hunt started. It was nice because both kids were able to hunt at the same time. Tyler knew exactly what to do and ran around picking up eggs as fast as he could. Caroline did great, too, but she just wanted to walk towards the eggs, pick them egg and eat them. Ha! We had fun opening up all the eggs to find all the yummy candy (that Tyler wanted to eat right then!) and we even had a prize egg. Caroline got a farmer and a bunny Little People set, which was perfect!

After the hunt, the kids played on the playground while I stood in the long line to see the Easter Bunny. We were planning to go to the mall to have pictures taken, but these were free, the bunny was great and the kids did AWESOME!!

Tyler enjoyed jumping and going down the slide in all the inflatables and then we joined the Peregoys for a pizza lunch at Russo's. The kids shocked us all and were fantastic despite it being way past nap time. Maybe we are on the downhill slope and things are getting easier?! Regardless, it was a super fun day!
