Tiger Tailgate with Pop Pop

Pop Pop came in town for our last Tiger tailgate of the year. This was only the 2nd game we made it to due to crazy travel schedules this fall and we made it a good one...complete with skipping naps for both kiddos!

We got to Tiger Lane just after noon and right in time for the Tiger Walk and Tyler was excited to see the players. We settled in, ate lots of yummy tailgate food and visited. Tyler went to jump on the inflatables and loved playing with Evan. Caroline drank her weight in juice boxes and loved all the attention she got from everyone. It was a fun tailgate.

I think Aunt Elisha helped Caroline with her straw at least 20 times!

We have been missing Ms. Kate! So glad we got to see her face!

This little girl is a mess and was OBSESSED with her pom-pon!

Watching the band and cheerleaders with little friends.

Caroline ran right out in the middle to see Pouncer!
Tyler and Evan getting hugs.

The game was also fun...we had a large group all sitting together. Tyler even ran into one of his school friends, Leland. He also bribed Aunt Elisha into getting them some popcorn. We need to work on sitting still and not climbing all over the stadium during the game, but Tyler really did have a blast despite missing his nap. Caroline surprised us again and was really good at the game, too. As wild as she normally is, she happily sat in our laps until she finally fell asleep around 5p. Sweet baby was worn out! We stayed until almost the end of the game (a Tiger victory!)...we were all beat from a day full of fun.

Doing the chicken dance!
