The kids had a very successful week at Granna's to wrap up their summer! They had a week between summer camp and school starting back, so off to Granna's they went...and this time, no elbow accidents thwarted their fun! (We were all grateful for that!) Plus, I had a work trip at the end of the week, so the timing was good for the help, too!
Caroline had a bad skin rash that we think was just an allergic reaction when we met Granna for the hand off on day 1. Luckily, it cleared up in a couple days, but we don't know what caused it. This child's skin is SO sensitive!
The kids LOVE going to Granna's, Tyler especially at this age. So much so, that we have a countdown to the # of sleeps before they go. Ha! They had fun playing with all the fun toys that Granna has collected and pulled out that used to belong to me and Uncle Brian. They swam, had visits from Aunt Carol, Nannie and PaPa, played outside and more!
What a great way to wrap up summer!
