Christmas morning was such fun! Everyone but Granna and I actually slept in, so we were able to get a breakfast casserole in the oven before the morning got going. We always start with stockings first...and yes, Santa wraps stocking presents in our house. Tyler got very distracted by the toys as he opened them and wanted to play with them right away. But, towards the end, he started to get the hang of it.

Tyler's big gift from Santa was a toy grill. He also got trains, books, blocks and puzzles. Mommy and Daddy gave him a remote control car that he is terrified of!! Guess we will put that away until he likes it better. Granna gave him a train table...which he did not open on Christmas since it was so big. We know he will love it! Uncle Brian gave us a family membership to the Children's Museum and Tyler got a golf set. Russ got an iPod shuffle, tailgating things, an xBox game and a table saw. I received perfume a steam mop, new bracelets with the kids names on them, massage gift certificates and lots of necessities for Caroline. Way too many blessings all around!!! The rest of Christmas Day was spent bumming around...we played games, watched movies and played with our new toys.

The next morning, we awoke to a little SNOW!! Thankfully the roads were not bad as we packed up to head home.
