It's basketball time in Memphis! And this family couldn't be more excited!! We went to our first game of the season on Saturday. It was an early game so we took the kids, too. Tyler has been talking about going to see the Tigers play since Wednesday when we first told him...he even told all his teachers at school. Ha! He is one lucky little kid to get to go to so many sporting events, I think. He had a blast and pointed out EVERYTHING he saw from the FedEx on the court to Pouncer our Tiger mascot. He loves the band and when they weren't playing he kept saying the band is "not working". Ha!
But, Wow! It is WAY harder to enjoy the game with 2 kids in tow. Tyler was pretty good, but Caroline is so wild and crazy! This is Tyler's 3rd basketball season and he always just sat there in our laps, watching and taking it all in. Caroline was literally all over the place. I foresee more babysitters in our future for her.

We went down at halftime to visit with the Scheidts...it was the first time they have met Caroline and it was so great to see them. The Tigers beat Nicholls 98 to 59! Woohoo! We have a tough road ahead of us in our new conference this year and we are excited to have season tickets again this year.
