Easter morning began with a visit from the Easter Bunny and breakfast. The Easter Bunny really over-did it this year and both kids got lots of fun stuff!! Granna also contributed to the fun by getting Tyler his own basket. When Tyler woke up and saw his new toys, he was so excited! The biggest hits were the case of new cars, the Elmo shirt, Thomas the Train helicopter, Elmo flap book and sister's bead maze!

We got ready and headed to church. I thought Tyler looked adorable in his bunny shortall and knee socks. He had on a little white sweater, too, because it was cold and he was just too cute. Caroline wore a pink dress with bunnies embroidered on the collar with ruffle bloomers and a matching bonnet. I loved her outfit and bought it while I was still pregnant with her! Aunt Carol and Uncle Mark got to church early to save seats, so we were all able to sit together. I decided to bring a bottle for Caroline since her eating schedule would've had her eating right in the middle of mass. Aunt Carol gave her her bottle and then she conked out for the entire service! She was a perfect angel! Tyler, on the other hand, was quite a handful. It is just so hard for toddlers to sit still! I'd say overall he did pretty well...he got a little loud a couple times and he was all over the floor playing with his cars. Daddy took him out right before communion. When we got home, we got a few family pictures together before changing clothes and eating lunch. While Tyler napped, we packed up and loaded the car for the trip home. Both kids were good on the ride home and Caroline once again slept the entire way...I swear, she is super-baby!! What a fabulously wonderful Easter we had!!!
