Pumpkins and Corn Maze

We had so much rain this weekend that we cancelled our Sunday plans to go to Cedar Hill Farms and instead went to pick out pumpkins after church and naps. We headed to our favorite place at the Agricenter Farmers Market. Of course we had to get some obligatory pictures with the big pumpkins. The kids didn't cooperate all that well this year...there was just too much to see!

Tyler helped me pick out a white pumpkin and then he picked out some little pumpkins for him and Caroline. Caroline LOVED all the statues that were placed around and wanted to touch everything.

She was "moo-ing" and laughing at this statue. Ha!

After pumpkins, we headed to the Corn Maze across the street. Tyler was super pumped to be the leader throughout the maze...he just loves being first. The day ended up bringing no rain, but the ground was pretty muddy in places at the maze. So much so that Russ carried Caroline through most of it. The maze was actually quite hard this year and we got pretty stumped on clue 6 and 8. And you forget how uneven the ground is until you walk the path in a boot! I was pretty happy to see the way out! And we were all filthy muddy!
