Germantown Egg Hunt

Since Tyler LOVED hunting eggs so much inside our house, we decided to take him to the Germantown Egg Hunt on Tuesday night. So, Caroline and I picked up Tyler a little early from daycare and headed to meet Russ at Cameron Brown Park. It was really cold out and the fields were still a little soft and muddy, but Tyler still had lots of fun!  The had several different egg hunts separated by age group...the 2 and under age group had over 4,000 eggs, so there was plenty for everyone! All the eggs had candy inside and some had numbers for age appropriate prizes. Tyler did not win a prize, but he did not care. And again, he didn't even realize there was candy inside...he only cared about picking up the eggs! We got a picture with the Easter Bunny and we even ran into some friends - the Flee's and another friend, Ashlyn, from Tyler's class!

I remembered the camera, but forgot the memory card, so these pics/videos are taken with Russ' iPhone. WAY better than my crummy BlackBerry!!

Waiting with Daddy!
Look at all those eggs!!
Waiting to begin...this was the hardest part!
Toddlers do not like to wait!

This doesn't look like a bunny to me...
No tears with the Easter Bunny!! Yay!
We saw a firetruck on the way out!
Here are a couple cute videos of Tyler Egg Hunting. Listen to him talking in the first one...
